Maths Pundit - Vedic Maths Education Partner Profile: Most often than not, we seek individuals who fulfill the following:
A. Personal skills:
+ Love children. Have a strong personal drive to teach children of the age group 4 to 12.+ Know how to handle a child.
+ Have nurtured at least one child.
+ Understand practical of child psychology.
+ Are themselves educated with at least a graduate degree from a good college/university.
+ Have promised to themselves to have tremendous patience while handling children.
+ Speak simple English and the local language.
+ Are driven by strong value systems.
+ Will enter the classroom and undertake to personally teach the entire course.
+ Have some prior teaching experience in teaching children between the age 4 and 12 years, would be a preference. (Past experience of teaching Maths as a subject is not a pre+ condition.)
+ Will be engaged at the MP centre & will be hands-on owner-manager.
+ Basic entrepreneurial skills would be an added advantage.
B. Other requirements:
+Space requirement - 120 sq. ft. in a residential locality (can be a portion of the your own residence.)+One Telephone line.
+One computer with internet connection.
+Presence of 3 to 5 English Medium schools in the vicinity will be an added advantage though not a pre-condition.
